• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to use your account
• Fraud and Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate earning systems, exploit bugs, or engage in fraudulent activity
• False Information: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or task completion
• System Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with Platform systems or security measures

3.2 Consequences of Violations

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in:

• Immediate and permanent account suspension
• Forfeiture of all pending and unverified earnings
• Ban from creating new accounts
• Potential legal action for damages caused to the Platform

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud and abuse. Our fraud detection systems continuously monitor for suspicious activity, and we actively investigate all flagged accounts.

4. Earning Opportunities and Rewards

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written permission from EarnFreeCoin.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to the Platform (comments, feedback, suggestions, profile information), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for Platform operation and improvement. You represent that you own or have rights to any content you submit.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 Damages Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EARNFREECOIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of earnings, profits, or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions or failures
• Incorrect wallet addresses or lost cryptocurrency
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Changes to or discontinuation of Platform features

9.3 Liability Cap

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF EARNINGS YOU SUCCESSFULLY WITHDREW FROM THE PLATFORM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EarnFreeCoin, its operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Any content you submit to the Platform
• Fraud, abuse, or prohibited activities

11. Account Termination and Suspension

11.1 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice or explanation. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our policies
• Suspected fraud or abuse
• Multiple account creation
• Use of prohibited tools or techniques
• Inactivity for extended periods
• Legal or regulatory requirements

11.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination or suspension:

• Your access to the Platform will be immediately revoked
• All pending, unverified, or unwithdawn earnings may be forfeited
• You will lose access to all account data and history
• You are prohibited from creating new accounts

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Closing your account does not waive any obligations or liabilities incurred before closure. We recommend withdrawing all available earnings before requesting account closure, as access to funds after closure is not guaranteed.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve any disputes informally through our support system.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. 12.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS, CLASS ARBITRATIONS, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts or arbitration panels for resolution of disputes, subject to the arbitration provisions above.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, internet outages, blockchain network issues, or third-party service failures.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EarnFreeCoin regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether written or oral.
